Friedel Jewish Academy Enrollment Agreement
1. A refundable reservation deposit of $100 per child must be accompany the enrollment agreement and enrollment application. The payment may be made either via check sent to the school or via credit card through this online form. A 3% processing fee will be assessed for all credit card payments. Deposits are refundable up to May 1st each year prior to the first year of a child’s enrollment. After May 1st, deposits are no longer refundable.

2. Completion of enrollment agreement constitutes an agreement to pay in full each academic year’s account, comprised of both total tuition and all related fees and expenses for the student. Friedel is entitled to be reimbursed for any attorney’s fees and costs incurred in the collection of any unpaid balance.

3. This enrollment agreement shall be in place until the student graduates from Friedel or until the parent(s) or guardian(s) notify the school in writing of a change in continued enrollment.

4. A fee of $250 per student will be assessed to families who inform the school in writing of a change in continued enrollment in the upcoming academic year after May 20th of the preceding academic year.

5. Tuition for students entering Friedel after the start of the school year will be prorated based on the number of attendance days remaining in the school year after entry compared with the total attendance days in the school year, plus a $250 materials fee.

6. If a tuition account is sixty (60) days delinquent, the student may be withheld from classes until the delinquency is resolved.

7. Transcripts will be withheld for the student until all unpaid tuition and fees are received.

8. The student and the student’s family agree to comply with Friedel’s school policies. The school operates on the belief that a positive and constructive working relationship between the school and the student’s parent(s) or guardian(s) is essential to the fulfillment of Friedel’s mission, and the student’s success. Thus, Friedel reserves the right not to continue enrollment for a student if Friedel Jewish Academy reasonably concludes that the actions of the student or of the parent(s) or guardian(s) make such a positive and constructive relationship impossible or seriously interfere with the school’s accomplishment of its educational purposes. The decision of Friedel Jewish Academy in these regards shall be final.

We acknowledge that we have read and fully understand the terms of this enrollment agreement and agree to abide by all conditions set forth.

We will pay the $100/child deposit using a check sent to the school, or other, prior arrangement with school administration.

We will pay the $100/child deposit, plus a 3% processing fee, for a total of $103/child using a credit card through this online form.

Tuition payments for the coming academic year begin in July. In a back-to-school form each school year, parent/guardian will select a payment plan.
